What it is

Tokenmaxxing turns the private telemetry behind my multi-agent setup into a small, public, privacy-safe dashboard. It shows measured totals, provider shares, agent activity and freshness, while a separate authenticated Grafana control room provides the granular operational view without publishing prompts or session identifiers.

A local pipeline normalises Codex, Claude Code, Hermes, OMP, OpenClaw and Droid/OpenCode session stores, deduplicates cumulative provider/session values, and sends metrics to local Prometheus plus a private VictoriaMetrics and Grafana deployment on Coolify. A strict allowlist still publishes only a tiny rolling summary to Vercel Blob. Unknown values are never presented as zero.
