I am much more interested in useful systems than AI theatre. The work that keeps my attention is usually somewhere between product thinking and operations: LLM-assisted software development, analytics and data platforms, adtech workflows, and the tooling that helps a team stop improvising every week.

A lot of what I build sits in the awkward middle where strategy has to survive contact with implementation. That usually means workflow reviews, documentation systems, agent tooling, and small products that save someone time on a real task.

This site is where I put the working version of that thinking: ideas, notes, shipped projects, and the occasional write-up of what held up once the code was actually running.
